These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Numredy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Copyright Policy.
Numredy is a social platform where people discover and share short stories connected to numbers. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. See How Numredy Works for an overview of current functionality.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for your conduct on Numredy. You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
You may use Numredy to read, publish, like, comment on, follow, and share stories and numbers in good faith. You may not use the platform to harm others, break the law, or interfere with the service.
You retain ownership of the original stories, comments, and other content you create. Numredy does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
By publishing content on Numredy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service. This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.
Respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Numredy infringes your copyright, follow the process in our Copyright Policy.
Numredy provides tools to report stories and comments, hide stories from your feed, and block users. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may act when we become aware of violations.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
You may stop using Numredy at any time. To delete your account and associated data, open Settings → Manage My Account → Danger Zone as described in our Privacy Policy.
Numredy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numredy and its operators disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for the free service) or one hundred South African rand (R100).
We aim to keep Numredy available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party provider issues may temporarily affect the service. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
