Numredy is a social platform built around numbers. Every jersey number, lucky digit, anniversary, or historical date can become a place where people share what that number means to them. This page explains the basics in plain language.
A number on Numredy is any positive whole number — for example, 7, 23, or 1969. Each number has its own page where you can see stories people have published about it, how many followers it has, how many number likes it has received, and how many stories exist for that number.
Numbers are public. Anyone can visit a number page without signing in.
A storyis a short piece of writing connected to one number. Stories appear on the home feed, on the number's page, on each story's permanent page at /story/[id], and in discovery sections such as Trending.
You can follow a number to stay connected to stories about it. Follow counts are public on number pages. You must be signed in to follow or unfollow. You can see numbers you follow in My Numredy.
Number likesare separate from story likes. On a number page you can like the number itself to show appreciation for that number's community. Number likes are public counts. The primary contributor to a number may receive a notification when someone likes that number.
You can like stories from the home feed, story pages, and number pages. You can also like comments and replies in conversation threads. Story authors receive notifications when someone likes their story. You must be signed in to like content.
Each story has a comments section. You can post top-level comments, reply to comments and replies, edit your own comments, and delete your own comments. When you delete a comment, its text is replaced with "Comment deleted" so replies can stay in context. @mentions in replies can generate notifications.
When signed in, visit the Notifications tab to see activity such as story likes, comment likes, new comments and replies, number likes, and @mentions. Notifications are private to your account.
Discover helps you explore numbers through sections like Trending Today and Most Discussed. Trending ranks numbers over different time periods. Search lets you look up a specific number. These features are available without signing in.
